He always ensured that I could ask him any questions and made me feel comfortable as a first time home buyer. Everything was communicated well, he kept me up to date as soon as he received updates. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and Favio made the whole experience super easy. He made himself available any time of the day to accommodate our busy schedules. There was never any pushback on looking at multiple homes throughout the weeks we spent looking for the right place. We found our dream home and there was never any pressure to commit to anything we didn't want. Favio always emphasized finding the right place at the right price that works for the budget available. We started the process early with nearly 6 months before we had to move out of our apartment and wound up finding a beautiful home within 2 months. His expertise was invaluable in helping us navigate a difficult market with high interest rates and fluctuating prices. He knows San Diego and really has his finger on the pulse of the SoCal housing market. We found him through word of mouth and will definitely be referring him to anyone we know in the process of finding their next home.

Since we were first-time homebuyers, Favio walked us through the process from start to finish, and emphasized all the benefits we received from using the VA loan. In this tough market for sellers, Favio was realistic with us about what offers would get the job done and what offers were not worth it. Bottom line, he stressed that whatever he thought didn’t matter; what mattered was what we were willing to spend on a home. After a month of looking at 10 offers later, Favio worked closely with the realtor that listed the property we eventually got! Throughout all that time, no matter how many times we bugged him with new houses popping up and wanting to see them asap, Favio was highly responsive and set up showings quickly and around our schedules. It was an added bonus that Favio was very friendly, relatable, no-pressure, and always had our best interests at heart. We will be grateful for Favio, and will recommend him to everyone we know looking for a home.

Favio did an amazing job helping my husband and me find our very first home. Home buying is intimidating and scary, especially if it's your first time. Favio held our hand through the whole process and made sure we were up to speed on everything: the loan, escrow, negotiations, etc. He was very honest and transparent with us when it came to deciding a budget for our home search. When asked for opinion, he would be honest and give us a thorough criticism on the home to help us come to decisions. Favio is very personable and a great guy to have around when doing something as serious and frightening as buying a home. He is very flexible with location time for meetings and house viewings. I would highly recommend Favio to those who are first time home buyers, like myself, he will definitely make finding a home feel like a walk in the park!
